We ship across India. International shipping is available ( specific countries only). Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

Processing Time

Ready products: Dispatched within 4/5 working days.
Customised / Made-to-order jewellery: Dispatched within 7–15 working days. (Intricate orders may take more time and shall be informed prior).
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service. Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

All jewellery is:

✓ Secured in protective jewellery boxes
✓ Discreetly packed without revealing product details for safety

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Insurance Coverage

For high-value jewellery:

Delivery & Verification

Upon receiving the parcel:

✓ Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish.
✓ In case of damage, missing items, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours with video proof.
✓ Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Delays & Force Majeure

✓ Natural calamities
✓ Government restrictions
✓ Strikes or unforeseen circumstances
However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving such issues.

Incorrect Address
